Introduction and Acceptance

Account Registration and Verification

Deposits and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on helpslot are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). helpslot accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO (Banco de Oro), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), Metrobank, Instapay, and PESONet. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time.
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer channels are subject to the sending bank's own minimum Instapay or PESONet transaction requirements.
4.2 Deposit Processing
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your helpslot wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transfer. Bank transfers via Instapay are typically credited within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day. helpslot is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
4.3 Deposit Restrictions

Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited and may constitute grounds for account suspension. helpslot does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card cash advances, or any other payment method not explicitly listed as accepted.
helpslot does not charge deposit fees. Any fees associated with your deposit are those imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider and are outside helpslot's control.
Withdrawals
helpslot processes withdrawal requests from verified accounts to the player's registered payment method. Withdrawals are subject to the following terms:
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 Processing Times
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of three (3) to five (5) minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed via Instapay within 15 minutes during standard processing periods. Actual transfer times may vary based on third-party network conditions.
5.3 Withdrawal Verification
All withdrawal requests require OTP confirmation sent to your registered mobile number, regardless of whether two-factor authentication is enabled for login. 5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Account Suspension and Termination

- Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
- Account inactivity exceeding a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months
- A request by regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or PAGCOR
- A player's voluntary request to close their account
Upon account closure, helpslot will process any withdrawable real-money balance to the player's verified payment method after completing any applicable review procedures. Bonus balances and any funds subject to active investigation are not withdrawable pending resolution.
